Introduce a shop,
Gyeol builds it and shares the fee
Know a shop that gets lots of international visitors, live overseas, or are close with local business owners? Just introduce the shop, and GYEOL handles everything from building the website to monthly upkeep. We pay you 40% of the build fee right away, plus 20% of the management fee every month for as long as the customer stays under contract. VIP partners earn 50% of the build fee and 25% of the management fee; VVIP partners earn up to 60% and 30%.
One referral code is all it takes
Get your code
Gyeol gives you a partner code, like JP-HYUNG. Log in to the partner page to see your customers and commissions.
The shop signs up with your code
Open the Gyeol sign-up page on the owner's phone and enter the code. You can do it right there at the table. They pick a template and see a preview straight away.
Gyeol builds and looks after it
Collecting text and photos, six languages, the app install, Instagram cards, monthly changes. Gyeol handles the customer too. You only make the introduction.
Paid out monthly
When the customer pays the build fee, you receive 40% that month. For the management fee, you receive 20% every month while the customer keeps the contract. On the partner-only screen, you can check your total so far and what you'll receive this month.
For example
One shop on the Six Languages plan (1,290,000 KRW) with the 99,000 KRW care plan.
| What the shop pays | Your commission | |
|---|---|---|
| Build fee (once) | 1,290,000 KRW | ₩516,000 |
| Management fee (monthly, for the length of the contract) | ₩99,000 | ₩19,800 × every month |
| First-year total per shop | — | ₩753,600 |
As a VIP partner, a single shop like this earns you ₩645,000 for the build plus ₩24,750 every month, which comes to ₩942,000 in the first year alone. VAT is not included, and the commission is credited once the customer completes payment. If the payment is cancelled or the contract ends within three months of the build, we take back the build-fee commission for that shop. Partners abroad are paid after the international transfer fee is deducted.
How much would you earn by referring a few shops a month?
This assumes you refer the same number of shops like the one above (six-language plan + ₩99,000 management) every month. Management-fee commissions build up month by month, so after a year the same number of referrals earns you much more.
| Shops / month | First month | After 1 year |

How tier progression works
| Tier | Commission | Requirements to move up |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Build 40% · Management 20% | Immediately upon applying |
| VIP | Build 50% · Management 25% | 10 shops referred in total, or 12 in the last three months |
| VVIP | Build 60% · Management 30% | 30 shops referred in total with a management retention rate of 80% or higher, or 24 in the last three months |
Once you reach a tier, you keep it. However, if you make no new referrals for six months, you drop one tier. The commission for your new tier applies to the shops you refer after you move up.
This is an example calculation. It assumes every shop you referred continues with management; actual amounts depend on the plan each customer chooses and whether they cancel. VAT not included.
A good fit if you are
VIP · VVIP partners
As your referrals add up, your tier goes up. VIP partners earn 50% of the build fee and 25% of the management fee, and VVIP partners earn 60% and 30%, for as long as the contract continues. You can check your tier anytime on the partner dashboard.
Living in Japan or abroad
Friends with a shop in Korea, or local shops that get Korean customers. The website comes out in six languages, so either works.
Close to shop owners
You supply beans, ingredients or salon products, or you do interiors or photography. If you already visit shops, one sentence is enough.
A shop owner with foreign customers
Introduce the shop next door and we take the same percentage off your own care fee.
What we don't do

None. If you don't introduce anyone, nothing happens.
